Boy's Will Be Boys

Hylani's social skills are already a showcase to his boy like ways. We went to a cousin's bridal shower, and all the kids were playing outside. There was Hylani, three other girls, all around 7 or 8, and a little 3 year old girl. Hylani was trying to play with the older girls, but all he could do was follow them around this tree and throw big old handfuls of dirt. He accidentally hit on of the girls' skirt with the dirt. She screamed and started trying to clean off the dirt, and he got this twinkle in his eye. The rest of the time those girls were outside was mostly spent running away from Hylani, who was cackling like a crazy child, with dirt in his hands and mischief on his mind.
